Should we be compensated?

If a train crashes and spills something to contaminate the ground. But instead of cleaning it. The though 20 to 30 feet of rocks and gravel on top of it. Hopeing it would be forgot in about. Then build mini home park onto of that. So pretty much from Northumberland milk all the way to French fort cove has been contaminated down to river up to tracks have been contaminated.

That must of affected us somehow, but why leave it this long. Should we be compensated?
