Just think if we didnt have to have stress, it's amazing feeling. God dont want us to stress. These stress management courses that Miramichi company's take to keep there Employees under stress is not right. Yes there right while under a bit of stress u tend to work harder. But less stress there is a better life. They go way over board here in Miramichi. Doing everything to get your stress level up over %60 when you only need %5. But there forgetting %60 plus %40 at home. There is alot of health problems involved. And deaths. 

Worse part is when Deaths happends. There too busy keeping up with production and too much on there plate because there under staffed to much stress that the family's are not properly takin care of. Most company's want to own u here in Miramichi. There most valuable assets. They expect way too much for what they pay. Mind u I'm a very hard worker, I love working hard. But no stress and happy place. I found one boss that was great in Miramichi. I was working there with him this summer. Alot of bosses could learn from him. The Best Boss I have ever seen on the Miramichi. I would work twice as hard for him just for that. He didnt want stress.
