Extraordinary Claims Demand Extraordinary Evidence

The claims being made for East West Rail are remarkable: major economic growth, new jobs, investment and transformation for communities along the route.

But where is the evidence?

For a project involving billions of pounds of public money, these claims should be backed by a business case that the public can see and scrutinise. Yet despite years of consultation, the Strategic Outline Business Case for CS3 remains unpublished.
