There will be three branches off of this 12mile line ! - equalling more easements for those in LG&E’s way !
☆ 4 natural gas pipelines in total not just 12 miles! Why is the not being talked about ? They are in Phases ! Like a master Subdivision Plat it should be a master map.of all this !
You deserve to know . This Phase is only 12 miles to minimize what or who they are doing and attempting in this Condemnation is a Legal Ploy to obtain Condemnation, and in attempts to manipulate to gain approvals . If you chop it up into small part it’s easier to shove down our throats and into Kentuckians pockets .
They hid all most every detail they could on this project

� Fun Fact Jim Beam doesn't pay any Bullitt County taxes! And delayed state revenue taxes - yet they want a pipeline that 100 counties have to pay for ! ! ! Where is the millions of dollars? ALL the money they have all ready charged you?

First 2 years 100% of gas is going to Jim Beam and the next 3years 87 %to 95% Jim Beam
They even attempted to pervert Emeint Domain Law for Jim Beam - Lol you just lost your claim to violate - the law lol by not paying Bullitt County Taxes – That is not for the greater good ! You can not use jobs – they’ve even been in trouble for bad place of employment!
BTW – Why is perjury not being enforced in this case ? ?
Or the PSC rates Case or Ky Administration of Hearings for Kentucky Energy and Environment Division of Water ? LG&E openly perjured themselves! Bias Much? – it’s grossly obvious it doesn’t seem real.
Why are they waving required basic common reviews ,and law off Best Management Practices?
Showing cleary that they are just going through the motions yet ignoring and showing favoritism .
Also EPA is involved because they are poisoning the water currently .
LG&E Ku was allowed to do work with out fines inspections or reviews with permits !

Property Owner Rights will be ignored ! If you pay rent, house payment insurance and property taxes on something you won't be able to truly own or use! For sometimes up to 30yrs loans
Unless we set a president and show support to one anther .... they say it takes a village- it might just take a county ! and a state! Let's look out for one anther . Let's send LG&E KU a message we will no longer take be taken advantage of while we are to suffer or allow the mistreatment of rate payers - for a 900 million dollar profit of the parent company and paid 0% in taxes
