Their voice was prevalent in this recent rates case as one of the group trying to help the people statewide through out the 100 of 120 counties.
Now for fairness to the rate payers acrossed the state again they are attempting to help again . They understand businesses profit and the pipelines yet they believe in fairness, following the laws and safety. It not this a political argument . It is laws ,codes and rights not just on pipelines, solar or social injustices.

(Emaniant Domain- It does not include the power to take and transfer ownership of private property from one property owner to another private property owner without a valid public purpose.[) Through multiple different cases and court records numerous news article it is now proven Louisville Gas and Electric and Jim Beam Collusion wants to charge you raise your bill acrossed the state all 100 counties ( one of the reasons for your bills being hirer )-to cover 74million dollars they want rate payers of Kentucky to give to Jim Beam - the first 2yrs all use of natural gas would solely 100% go to them not Public Need ! To raise your bill and the next 3 years after that it benefits Jim Beam 95to 98% percent - saying they have the right to destroy unsafly, a 40 acres of Natual Forest ,7 creeks and streams ,wells and pond two preservations and minus the " hold out " a total.of close to 90 private property ( numerous Kentucky Proud farms ) .
They can not aquire permits - Every rate case and increase you ,fixed income has bern paying for something they are sooooooo horrible with only a handful of people they claim can stop - how about you take responsibility! Your planning design choosing the wrong path and fyi documented they could have chosen a shorter safer route and had that pipeline in 2017 !
Jim Beam said NO we don't want our waters poisoned ! ( which were Jim Beam says Bullitt is Beam County - I guess they think it's OK to poison the fish for fishermen or animals for hunters livestock to farmers wells and aging cisterns with seven creeks and stream through caves and karst - in eroding unstableunsafe soils )
So even if you are pro pipeline- the fact of the lies, your wallet and legally violations you should be upset over and demand them do it right or follow law . If done right they should relocate to the cheapest safest way and give you a refund for all.the money you all ready paid or lower your bill not start charging you more like you haven't all ready been paying or scrapping for something for a corporation profits
This is so bad the USDA partnered with Bernheim Forest donating 6million to help landowners save this area ! What does that say ? �
