Please help protect Bernheim and the home /land owners that are facing condemnation and eminant domain. the roadway project from kytc was recent to report that due to the environmental reasons to protect Bernheim and the wildlife corridor that is area that home owners residences that the 65/71 will NOT be in this area. LGE needs to follow KYTC lead . this pipeline and path was to accommodate Jim Beam ( they did not want their water tainted for their bourbon- which basically says the residents Bernheim can have their water tainted to accommodate Jim Beam and LGE the pipeline will be going through karst,caves,springs,wetlands,and 3 creeks/watersheds one in a FEMA floodplain)
