We are talkin about 37 million dollars a month 4 the actual population of homeless but get healthcare through medical or other entities of welfare and healthcare for homeless

It would cost a estimated $50 a month giving a person a card to swipe at portable shower which would be estimated at a day increment of 15 minutes * 30 days which is the equivalent of $50 a month equivalent to an estimate of 10 hours a month

130,000 people are homeless in California, according to the last statewide count in 2018.

In 2008, HCH programs were estimated to serve more than 740,000 homeless people per year (National Health Care for the Homeless Council). However, more health care services designed to serve the homeless are clearly needed, since HCH programs do not meet the needs of the majority of homeless Americans

Also, more than 10 percent of people who seek substance abuse or mental health treatment in our public health system are homeless.
