The essendon saga: was justice served?
In January 2016, 34 past and present Essendon Footballers were found guilty of doping by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
This was widely covered by the media with varying degrees of accuracy. What actually happened?
We discuss the flaws in science, as well as regulatory issues of law that were not based on evidentiary burdens but “determined by a best guess.”
