The one year anniversary of the start of Madi’ Law is coming up. March 4th, 2023 marks the beginning. I am proud of the accomplishments! Valerie Bradford’s office presented Madi’s Law to the House of Commons.We’ve managed to get Madi’s Law tabled in the House of Commons ( on the table for debate). More importantly the issues of prescribing powerful, mind altering drugs and letting a patient walk out the door without a caregiver in place has been brought to the Canadian government’s attention.
I was on local CTV and CBC news, and did a radio program with Craig Norris from CBC. There’s 8636 supporters and Madi’s Law has 209, 336 views to date and GROWING! Most importantly is the voice brought to those who have been harmed or died! We have exchanged experiences and validated the problem!
I am working on a book titled “Legal Murder”. Look for it into the future. I can’t thank everyone enough for supporting Madi’s Law!! Please continue to share. If you wish to email Mark Holland Canada’s Minister of Health the email address and template are below. Thank you!

Dear Honourable Mark Holland,
My name is ____________ and I am emailing in support of the House of Commons petition number 441-01652 also known as Madi’s Law. I believe that a psychotropic drugs safety waiver is urgently needed in Canada to prevent harm and save lives. I believe
A mandatory psychotropic drugs safety waiver should be signed when a patient in Canada is given a psychotropic drug they have never taken before;
These drugs are powerful and mind-altering;
There is no scientific way of knowing how a patient will respond; and
A safety waiver would ensure that at least one caregiver is notified so they can help monitor the patient for adverse reactions such as suicidal ideation until such a time that it's deemed safe for the patient to take the drug
Many have been harmed or died. Please prevent deaths like Madisyn Solomon’s and legislate the use of a psychotropic drugs safety waiver in Canada ASAP. Canadians deserve safer mental health practices. Thank You.
