I received an email from Katie at MP Valerie Bradford's office. Originally Zach from Valerie Bradford's office was helping us but his last day was late October. He joined the Minister Anand's Parliamentary Affairs Team at the Treasury Board. Well wishes to him and he's invested so I promised to keep him updated. A warm welcome to Katie! 

Katie informed that government response was tabled for Madi's Law petition on Friday November 3rd, 2023. I have attached the link for anyone wishing to view it. There are many steps to the process of passing a law in Canada. My understanding is that tabled means the government has responded and it's now on the table for debate. While these processes are happening please continue to support Madi's Law. The more people that read her story the better. It brings light to a situation that's been kept in the dark to long.
Sadly Madisyn is among the many that have been harmed or died. Thanks to all that have shared their stories in the comments ! This is a huge issue and change needs to come. My heart goes out to all of you❤️ We're not ALONE!
