The system isn't broken, it was built this way. Low standards for the Doctors , self regulated disciplinary bodies like CPSO and  HPARB make it difficult to get accountability. Publication bans claiming to support victims but really protecting perpetrators is an issue as well. We need brave people to speak up. We need PREVENTION. Let's get in there and prevent the harm or death BEFORE it happens. This is what Madi's Law is.
