We received an email response/acknowledgment from the Honourable Sylvia Jones Deputy Premier and Minister of Health. It contained acknowledgment about my concerns for psychotropic drugs.  The email also directed me towards CPSO and Health Canada. 
As mentioned this petition is about prevention. CPSO is something that comes into effect after the damage is done. Madi's Law is a safety net to help prevent harm and deaths from psychotropic drugs before they happen.
