I originally put in a complaint to the College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSO). They state they will do a thorough investigation. I thought I would get all the answers I need. I did not. 

With a lawyer's letter I ordered all the medical records myself. I sat day and night on the floor in my bedroom putting the pieces together. I talked to several lawyers that helped me put it together too (they didn't take the case but helped me to determine what happened). 

Realizing that my daughter not only suffered suicidal ideation caused by the lexapro and lorazepam but an actual suicide attempt was beyond heart breaking. There's no law in Canada stating a psychiatrist has to inform anyone of their patients  suicide attempt. 

It is not popular in Canada to speak out about pharmaceuticals or Doctors . I started the petition I never wanted to start. People have read and signed the petition they never wanted to read or sign. I lost the daughter I never should have lost. We have to shine a light in an area that desperately needs it! Please continue to share. God Bless!
