Today, July 15, is the last day to submit comments on the destructive project that cleared three CHamoru cultural heritage sites eligible for the National Register of Historic Places for yet another military base on our small island. More than 12 football fields of our history was cleared for this project and the public comment period comes AFTER the destruction already took place.
