Despite the consistent community opposition, 15,000 signatures against the range complex, two resolutions passed that call for a pause on range construction, and the governor's request for a pause denied by Rear Adm. Shoshana Chatfield, the destruction continues in Northern Guam. 

As the project moves forward against the will of the community, we will are more committed now than ever to safeguard Guåhan's sacred sites, culture, land, water and heritage, as well as combat the injustices faced by our sister islands.
