Paris and Breaking Code Silence survivors testified in front of the Utah Senate Judiciary Committee last week on behalf of Senate Bill 127 which calls for greater regulations for Utah youth residential facilities, including Provo Canyon School. The bill passed the Senate unanimously and with this incredible momentum, we are advocating for the passage of this bill through the House of Representatives before the session ends in TWO short weeks.
