The work of seeking permanent protections for the Duncan River Ancient Cedars has morphed into province wide action and the creation of a small but feisty new group called Save What's Left.

Save What's Left believes forestry reform must start with the government's own timber extraction agency, BC Timber Sales (BCTS). BCTS is responsible for more unsustainable logging of primary forest and more logging in community watersheds than any corporate entity. Let's change this.

We are excited to announce that Save What's Left has received a grant from West Coast Environmental Law to support our efforts to protect mature and old forests on BCTS managed lands.
