There is an OVERPOPULATION CRISIS in the Remote Communities of Northern Manitoba. DOGS are being CULLED UNNECESSARILY they're dying of STARVATION, Mother Dogs having Puppies and can't feed them because they are emaciated unable to produce milk. Puppies lay frozen after being born with no chance of survival. Summer is just as bad Dogs suffer a slow agonizing death infested with ticks. The sick ritual of Culling, cutting off the tails and paid $25 for each, the bodies thrown in a pile. Dangerous dog packs forming ripping each other apart killing puppies and the weak, terrible wounds that they can't be treated. It's an ongoing everyday occurance. Rescues of Manitoba are saving as many as possible but can't do it alone. The ones that are lucky enough to be rescued and get a second chance, there are that many left behind not to mention the puppies on the way. All this because of OVERPOPULATION! An UNNECESSARY CRUEL PROBLEM! PLEASE HELP!
