As the Granada Hills GrubFest states, they have 25-35 food trucks at their events every week. However, no vegan food is offered. Many people who live in the SV Valley are vegan, and those numbers seem to be growing daily. We cannot enjoy any of the food offered at these popular events. GrubFest should include some vegan comfort food trucks, such as Evolution Burger or Word of Mouth. These are just examples of two local vegan food trucks that expressed interest but there are many others. I contacted GrubFest about this already but they refused to do anything. I hope that seeing some numbers of interested people will change their mind and they might consider doing this for their own benefit of growing their "largest food truck event in the world" by having more people come to their weekly events.

And we're not trying to push some health aspect here. This event isn't about that. We're not trying to get a health food truck with broccoli and carrots. I'm talking comfort food, just without the cruelty. Fries, hot dogs, burgers. COMFORT food, junk food, not health food.
