The purpose of this research is to improve mental health services by better understanding antipsychotic medication withdrawal. Lead researcher is Will Hall, a therapist, PhD student, and former patient who has himself taken antipsychotics. The study is sponsored by Maastricht University School for Mental Health and Neuroscience in the Netherlands; co-sponsors include the International Institute for Psychiatric Drug Withdrawal.
