500 supporters signed!

Thanks to everyone who contributed to the success of this petition. Thank you to all the neighbors who came out in solidarity last night as well. It was so heart warming to see and hear the passionate comments. 

Next Steps:

1- We are following up with Councilman Lazard to have a Townhall meeting soon with this as the only topic. All elected officials and candidates who represent our area will be invited. 

2- We are moving forward with a plan to find a building in a NONRESIDENTIAL area to build out a day shelter. Please keep your eyes/ears open for opportunities to use, lease or purchase a property. 

3- Any local investors/developers out there looking for an opportunity to possibly make this happen? Please message us.
