I am trying also and have sent this to Canadian minister of health. Hopefully this helps people somehow. I hope she reads it and sees the need. I don't know. But this is not just for me. I want this for everyone. I may even try to see what I can do globally. Also trying to be mindful that I'm still healing. I just can't do nothing. I want others who need help outpatient or IP to get it regardless of financial circumstances or location. I care so I sent it via email to her (Canadian minister of health) no reply yet except health and sciences came up as a decision maker and I approved it.
