So sad for the victim in this story, it shouldnt have ended that way for her. But it did, just as it happens to many others that cannot get protection. Maybe in the future because of #shaneslaw, or even those in the legal system "getting it", we will begin seeing all abusers behind bars and facing murder charges for those that have taken their life to escape. No one should have to end their life to escape their abuser. No one.
