Example of what I am petitioning against

I counted 30 unwanted follower requests from pornographic accounts and also unwanted male attention on Instagram that I have blocked and then 15 from twitter or x as is now called just in the last few months. This is with my privacy settings switched on. How are these allowed to get through?
