- If Wendy Williams has passed a psychological evaluation, as she publicly claimed, this suggests that she possesses a level of cognitive capacity.
- That capacity, even if not fully restored, strengthens the argument that she should be allowed to exercise her First Amendment rights without threat or intimidation of more strict enforcement in an attempt to silence her and cause her to fear. This is absolutely unconstitutional in my opinion.
- A successful psychological evaluation implies that she (Wendy) can understand and express her own views, even if she requires support in other areas.
