SB903 - Changes the definition of Industrial Hemp/Penalties/Scheduling Cannabinoids under the Board of Pharmacy/Registration Fees of $1000/Daily fines of $10,000
HB1922 - Delta8 THC and Penalties
HB1973 - Same language as SB903
HB2294 - Definition of Marijuana - This bill will make all hemp products currently on the market illegal, unless it is made from CBD isolate.
Any hemp product with more than 1mg Total THC for every 100 grams gross product weight, will now be defined as a marijuana product.
If you sell CBD Dog Treats at your store, the state would be able to come after you for distributing Marijuana.
