Diodati stated: “This is not all wetland, old-forest growth..... I don’t want people to think this is some pristine, untouched, old-growth Carolinian Forest.” While parts of the land were farmed, and contain what was once a well used country road, the land has been allowed to return to its natural state since the 1950's. I hate to break it to Jimmy but that's over 60 years.... At this point, the land IS back to it's original state. Mayor Diodati of Niagara Falls also sits on Regional Council and the Board of Directors at the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority.
