UPDATE: The developer’s current plan for the 68 acre forested parcel across from Joyner Park includes: “a significant commercial component, and residential development that includes transit friendly residential uses, which includes primarily apartments and two-over-twos (4 stories total).” As well as 17 acres of preserved land primarily around the stream and bluff. Per our conversations with them, we are assuming these will all be rentals at 120% AMI. Do you support this current development plan?
