Dear Supporters,

YOU as a resident need to decide if you are OK with apartments across from Wake Forest’s “crown jewel”, Joyner Park. Currently the parcel is a beautiful, pristine, untouched, 68 acre forest. It is home to native plants and trees, as well as an abundance of critical wildlife. Unfortunately, the town has mistakenly designated this parcel as “transit supportive residential”. The Raleigh based developer, Church St Co., would like to put 300+ apartments there. We feel it should be treated with more care and developed (if at all) only with conservation at the forefront.
