Hi All, 

A very informed and concerned WF resident and petition supporter gave me information about Conservation Subdivisions, a design strategy that attempts to preserve undivided, buildable tracts of land as communal open space for residents. I have included this information in the petition as I think it is a winning compromise to the unprecented urban sprawl that Wake Forest is currently experiencing.
