2024 has only just begun, and a catastrophic event has occurred regarding a newborn right whale calf. The newborn calf, out of 9 born so far has been devastatingly injured by a passing boat propeller. These injuries are lethal and it is expected the calf will die soon. More awareness needs to spread so we can make a difference for them in 2024.
