I recieved an email today from Dheran Young, the member for Daly, the electorate that covers the Litchfield-Finniss region. Dheran has committed to reading the petition to the Northern Territory Assembly tomorrow, Friday 14 October at 2pm ACST. Reading the petition to the Assembly opens up the opportunity for further communication with Northern Territory politicians about protecting the Litchfield-Finniss from uranium and lithium mining.

"I am pleased to inform you that I will present the petition to the Assembly requesting the Northern Territory Government to protect the Litchfield- Finniss region from uranium and lithium mining.
