The Juvenile Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association is sponsoring free screenings of Prison Kids and panel discussions. Prison Kids is a documentary produced by Fusion Entertainment a subsidiary of Disney. his hour-long documentary features the efforts of the legal community in Ohio to address issues of juvenile justice and juvenile confinement. The documentary also highlights the personal experiences of children, including experiencing solitary, who were committed to Ohio’s DYS facilities and to facilities in other states. Columbus, Ohio : The documentary will be shown at Capital Law School on January 26, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. Dayton, Ohio - The documentary will be shown at the University of Dayton School of Law on February 17, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Atrium.
