7.30am THIS Thursday 19th February at The Crystal Steps

Come and hear about the government-funded, large-scale culling of sea urchins from vulnerable areas of Port Phillip including The Crystal.

Scott Breschkin of the Nature Conservancy will be attending to tell us all about the program targeting barren-forming native sea urchins. It's important NOT to take matters into our own hands and try to harvest urchins ourselves without hearing what the professionals have to say.

Come and hear Scott talk about this major program and when and where The Crystal will be affected.

Please gather near the Crystals Steps at 7.30 am Thursday, 19 February. This won't be a long meeting but it will be very interesting to anyone who loves our beach and The Crystal marine reef area.
