You may have seen videos or posts in facebook or in the internet about animal cruelty. Just to clarify, animal cruelty is when you abuse, harm or bring suffering to animals.

Some people who commit animal cruelty doesn't care about what they are doing to the animals, for them it is entertaining and funny. Some even have fun while doing it and some even share it on social media!

For us, animal cruelty is an inhumane act and it should NEVER be done by anyone at all. Animals also have rights and they deserve to have a healthy life. They also have the right to live without abuse like us. 

If you think that other animals are just lowly beings and we reign supreme over them, you're wrong. Yeah we may have superior intelligence in comparison to other animals, but aren't we also animals ourselves? We are all animals, just with different degrees of intelligence! If we have rights then they too also have it.
