On March 23, 2026, a major development occurred in the fight for accountability in Travis County. The court-appointed Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in this case admitted in writing that she has operated without an active professional license for over a year.
Even more alarming, when confronted with a formal state board complaint, she responded that filing such complaints is a "waste of time."
This admission confirms what this petition has argued from the beginning: there is a dangerous lack of oversight and a total disregard for professional standards within the systems designed to protect our children. We have now provided this evidence to the 53rd District Court, the Texas Education Agency, and the Behavioral Health Executive Council.
We are now calling on @TXBHEC and @TraviscountyDRO to immediately [Specific Action, e.g., Audit all DRO appointments]. Please share this update—the truth is finally on the record.
