Statement of Purpose:

We, the undersigned students, educators, parents, and community members, stand together to support HAVEN (Harassment Awareness, Voice, Empowerment, Network) at Maximo Estrella Senior High School. HAVEN is a student‑led initiative dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment where harassment and abuse have no place. We believe every student deserves dignity, equality, and the freedom to learn without fear.

Why This Issue Matters:

Schools are more than places of learning—they are communities where values of respect and accountability must thrive. Harassment and abuse silence voices, weaken confidence, and disrupt futures. By raising awareness, promoting respect and consent, and providing safe reporting mechanisms, HAVEN empowers students to speak up, support one another, and build a culture of solidarity. This issue matters because protecting students today means shaping leaders of tomorrow who value justice, equality, and compassion.

Call to Action:

We urgently call upon students, teachers, parents, and local leaders to take immediate action by:

Raising Awareness: Promoting education on harassment prevention, rights, and protective laws.
Empowering Voices: Encouraging students to share their experiences, pledges, and ideas to strengthen solidarity.
Providing Safe Reporting: Establishing confidential, accessible channels for victims to seek help and support.
Promoting Accountability: Ensuring that schools uphold dignity, equality, and respect for all.

Sign this petition today. Together, we can transform our school into a haven of safety, empowerment, and respect—where every student’s voice is heard, and no one suffers in silence.
