Help protect senior city.

My tenant has followed a repeated pattern: she pays for about one month, then stops paying rent. After I serve a 3-day notice, she begins reporting mold to create delay and “buy time” rather than address the situation. That process then escalates into false allegationsand attempts to disrupt the case, including harassment claims and claims made to third parties that have been proven false.

Despite this, she remains in my home—specifically in the master bedroom—and the situation continues.

I am requesting that Los Angeles authorities and relevant oversight agencies take this repeated pattern seriously and provide timely answers about how housing enforcement responds when there are credible signs of ongoing misuse and repeated interference tactics, including:

LAHD (Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department)
oversight related to rental assistance integrity and housing-related benefit systems
oversight related to Social Security/SSI and disability benefits integrity, where applicable
This is a serious situation many people do not understand until it happens to them. I only need 1,000 signatures to make enough noise to push for timely review and enforce follow-through before more harm is done.
