Protect Service Animals in Northern Ireland

The Animal Welfare (Service Animals) Act (Northern Ireland) 2021.
Further to Mr. Andrews informing me that the draft Bill will be formally published during September 2021. It is then anticipated that the Minister will introduce the draft Bill to the Assembly thereafter, in early October 2021.

I have emailed Mr. Andrews, DAERA today for an update on the draft Bill.

I have also asked Alex Easton, Independent Unionist MLA to write to Mr. Poots if there is a scheduled date to bring the draft Bill to the Assembly.

I will notify everyone in due coarse.
