Protect Service Animals in Northern Ireland

Here is a time scale for the Paper when it is returned -

The consultation will close on 11th August 2021. Following the closure of the consultation, the Department will collate and analyse all replies, which will be compiled into a consultation response document.

It is expected that this document will be formally published during September 2021.

It is then anticipated that the Minister will introduce the draft Bill to the Assembly thereafter, in early October.

I would like to see if at all possible an Accelerated Passage for the Bill so I have asked Alex Easton, Independent MLA to write to Mr. Poots and I will write to him also.
