Protect Service Animals NI

As I'm a formal consultee and stakeholder I will be giving my views on the proposal to strengthen protection for the Service Animals of NI.

Can I ask you to do likewise, as each question is important Q9 - increased sentencing - there should be higher penalties for service animals.
