'FinnsLaw' campaign needs you.

Criminal damage is currently the only available charge for someone who attacks a police or service animal - even though dogs are often bitten, kicked, strangled and stabbed while in the line of duty.

Finn's Law would make it a specific criminal offence to attack a police animal.

The Bill would amend a 2006/2011 Animal Welfare Act to address concerns about defendants' ability to claim they were justified in using physical force to protect themselves from a service animal - 'fear of defense'.

Finn's Law is heading for committe stage in the House of Commons and it is important that the public get behind and support 'FinnsLaw' and sign the petition so all our service animals get the protection in Law they need.

Thank you to all who have supported #FinnsLaw to date.
