In terms of responsibility, all the roads through there are all Council assets so it's a matter of trying to get Krista Adams to focus on this, to get them to actually act, because the traffic coming seems nearly 40 years old now and a lot's changed, particularly around technology and Google Maps and cars are faster, all that stuff. They really need to come back and have a look at it."
