OLT Hearing is set for October 1st at 10 am.

Party status is no longer open to citizens as the province recently passed bill 185 "Cutting Red Tape to Build More Homes Act, 2024" Ford government has removed 3rd party appeal rights, meaning citizens can no longer speak at the meetings. 

Register for participant status which allows you to:

-Send written submission with your concerns to the Tribunal
-Watch virtual hearings
-Be added to the Tribunals Mailing list for updates and decisions.
