WCBS RUNS NEWS STORY TODAY! COMPLAINT READY TO FILE! FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN STARTED!

This update is for September 16-20. WCBS TV (Channel 2) aired its story this morning on the work we've been doing in the crosswalk over the last 16 weeks. It's a very good story. You can find it here.

Our complaint in federal district court is nearly ready to file and we need money for a wide variety of costs, including filing fees, service fees, and attorney fees. As a pro se litigant, I am only able to represent myself and am unable to represent a class. For this, we need to hire an attorney but I will file it and prosecute this complaint on my own dime until then.

I have also started to search for experts in computer vision and AI so that we can extract, characterize, and summarize the many fine details and graphic images from the over 2,700 videos I filmed in the crosswalk between May 24 and Labor Day Weekend. This will also cost money as it is computationally intensive and will require custom software.
