Just a reminder that the landowner - Derek Strine - is expected to be at tomorrow's board of supervisor's meeting in East Vincent township at 7:30pm.
He's already created a mailer going out to all East Vincent residents to try to convince them at how "great" the data center will be. It's all fluff. You know all those data centers in Virginia? NBC 10 Philadelphia reported that the state only gets $.48 back for every dollar it spends on tax exemptions for data centers. Some data center owners around the country are even suing to pay LESS in property taxes. It's NOT beneficial to the community - no matter how hard they try to convince us.
