Background:  Over the course of the next 2 weeks we will be seeing the districts curriculum & presentation, and the board will likely be voting on the adoption.  There has been discussion about some parents actually wanting the school to adopt this curriculum and that barring it would be infringing on their rights to accessing it.  My proposal in respect of that concern would be the following:

Instruction for topics of a sexual nature covered in the 2020 NJSLS standards be taught on the last day of school, and participation must be approved by the parent/guardian.
