I need your help in sharing a petition about my experience with Cessna Hospital and Dr. Pawan. Despite multiple attempts, key video footage of my pet's treatment that was promised by Dr. Pawan is still missing. My brother visited hospital they had very few videos, I received conflicting information about accessing these videos, and even though I was at Cessna Hospital in Bengaluru, I was told I could only view them on my next visit.
Dr. Pawan later stated that it was not his responsibility to show the videos and that the only option was to arrange a viewing during my next visit. However, I had specifically traveled to Bengaluru to see the videos, and I had informed him in advance before leaving my hotel.
Dr. Pawan also mentioned that access to the videos was limited to him, Ram Prasand, and Harish Sharma. At the time, both Harish and Ram were unavailable, and Dr. Pawan was in Chennai. He then said the videos could be shared via Teams or Google Meet, but I was already in Bengaluru at Cessna Hospital.
This situation has raised several questions:
If Harish Sharma had access, why was I told the network team was the only one who could share the videos? when he was already having access to showcase the videos.
If it was possible to show the videos on Teams or Google Meet, why wasn’t this offered earlier, after requesting him so many times, that i am not in bengaluru, so would like to see it on virtual app or can share me taking shorts in mobile and share me on whatspp
Why were crucial videos, including footage of my pet being fed and receiving treatment, never shown, despite promises from Dr. Pawan and Usmani?
I was also promised daily updates and care videos by Dr. Sachin, which I never received, despite multiple requests.
Please help by sharing this petition—it will ensure that no one else faces these difficulties and help hold Cessna Hospital accountable for their promises.
