Hello Pet Parents,

I wanted to let you know that we now have 306 signatures on this petition. Thank you so much for your support! We started this as a California focused initiative, and one text to 20 people. Very quickly, we were contacted by people asking for help in their states too. So we've updated the petition for a nationwide initiative, and moved it to our non-profit website at https://petparents4change.com/petition
