Hon. Soipan Tuya Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Forestry confirmed that her Ministry has deployed more rangers to commercial forests where the lifting of the ban only applied. Hon. Tuya further added that the government would clamp down on any and all illegal activities within and around forests to ensure protection of indigenous forest trees and wetlands.
